Are We Pushing Our Shoulders Back Into Flex Position?

We're never actively being pulled into this extended position where we have to work into flexion for the shoulders. There's a huge disparity in the amount of volume and time people dedicate towards these face pulls, shoulder flexion positions or u back stuff. So i've identified that for soens. Ok, here's how i can fix that. And it's quite simple. You don't need to do many warm up sets before you start doing an exercise. It just works one part of your body but mainly focuses on other parts too. The yeye could be like the whole programme, if you know what I mean.
