Currently, Mattie leads Brand and Marketing at Rally, a pickleball lifestyle brand creating social-club venues focused on serving those leading an active social life, soon expanding across North America. Rally’s first location in Charlotte, NC opened June 2023 and features indoor and outdoor pickleball courts alongside craft cocktail bars, elevated cuisine, and a specialty coffee bar.
