The Baseline Assumption

The default or baseline assumption is another part that stood out to me, which is that tag at the end there. I would say if you're trying to convince your counterpart that you're genuinely interested in learning about them, you should do more than whatever it is you think you should do. Right? And then a lot of what I'm suggesting is very much in line with what professional mediators do. They have an approach that they call the mediation triangle or the inquiry triangle.
