The cicadian rhythm expert says we should have daylight during the daytime to uplift our mode and reduce depression. And then at night time we have to reduce blue light, he adds. He doesn't wear blue blocking glasses but maybe when i get older and my body cannot produce anoth, or maybe i'm more sensitive to ligt than i'll do that.
