Why You Shouldn't Drink Too Much Water

Science shows if you over hydrate, you'll just send up eliminating itso its, it's not as if your body then uses that water. And if you're drinking too much, it can make you feel, you know, sort of off. But i think for a lot of people, i would tackle something else. Because doing something like quitting chewing gum is probably going to be surprisingly challenging. If that's your habit, maybe start with something like getting enough sleep.
