Re defining success, is an important part of really knowing your values. And that's what i really like about values - even the smallest hing is you acting on it. I almost feel like so many of us a trying to be some one every single day because we feel like that's that person we all need to be. We're not necessarily living by who we really are. As a result, it's an impossible place to be,. and that's wh you keep super busy, or you don't think about it. If you want to look at yourself as well being more content in your life can be huge for your wellness. It could lead to some amazing changes, but difficult changes
