How to Use Exercise to Entrain Your Clock

Exercise and light together seem to act synergistically. Some studies in humans have shown that if you exercise in the morning outside, it's better for the sleep wake cycle. But not too close to bedtime because you can increase core body temperature too far. If you want to burn calories then exercise before breakfast is a very useful strategy.
