The Importance of Networking at GDC

I think that you know they when they organize these things they tend to create social moments around it where people that participate can connect with each other. But there is never a space to actually discuss the craft and I come out of this having made friends but haven't learned much about what everyone else is doing. It's a bit of a missed opportunity in creating a network that is not just you know I've been drinking saying hi but actually discussing the craft yeahYeah, we're gonna go hang out with some friends during today some other devs according to GDC attendee who said he was fighting me over whether or not she wanted to end on a positive note.
