How to Have Longer Term Motivation
If you don't have motivation, if it's a should, then it's not going to work. So the motivation is, I'm doing the one push up because I want to be healthy for my grandkids. You got to have that. Simple awareness is often curative. And so if you can just pay attention, you'll get better.
