Do You Continue Resistance Training During Your Climbing Season?
Female athletes should resistance train all the time. And male athletes over 30 should also do so. The dosage, or amount of that you do per training cycle, s should go up and down. Do you continue resistance training while you're in your climbing season? Um, it depends on the athlete, but it's not necessarily that individual. i think combining it with hangboard training is a really good way to go am.
