Rep ranges. What are we talking about today? Rep ranges. Half of our audience wants to hear about skill and half want to hear about strength. For hypertrophy we've typically been taught that 8 to 12 is the rep range. But more recent studies have shown that's actually far more broad. And there's a lot of research showing that even high rep stuff can produce a good amount of hypertrophy.
