I like to hilit this is more in the theoretical side of things, but there is stages of change theoretical model. I think that information of kind of knowing where you are on the stages of change spectrum can help with what you actually need to be doing at those different stages. And so once you've got into the action stage, which there's pre contemplation, contemplation, preparation and action, those other three steps having before any change even occurs. Then we hit a maintenance piece, where there's a completely different, perhaps, type of life style and intention that has to go along with long term maintenance os something. So i would recommend looking into information around that, just to better understand yourself
