With a predominantly barbell strategy, you're not going to get a lot of foot elasticity. That's one of my things I particularly like about the kettlebell, the landmine and cables. You start to see the strategy of I got to get that heel down to me to do accomplish my task. But where I come back to the bad strategy, you see a lot of these folks that train a ton of stuff pushing through their heel.
