I want you to commit to sort of shifting your mindset from that always on mode, if that is your mode, to relaxation mode. Let yourself take a nap. Sometimes doing nothing is really, really doing something and restoring your vitality. I would highly recommend it if you're going on a honeymoon, do something for me being at spas of any kind. It just feels so incredibly good to have the only focus being on what massage am I getting today?
