Is There a Way to Automate Deals?
There's not one go-to tool, but there's one pattern. Create some kind of central deal room in whatever tool people actually spend their time and push the data from your CRM into that tool. If an email is sent to my inbox that is from a certain company, pipe it into this deal room channel associated with that company. You have to build a culture around that to look at an opportunity as an organism and as a moving target rather than based solely on your company.
