multitasking is the art of distracting yourself from two things you'd rather not be doing by doing them simultaneously. If I'm trying to do one thing and another at the same time, it's because I really probably don't want to do either. But there's a key lesson in here that it's like you were saying, do something that you don't necessarily want to do by rewarding yourself by at thesame time doing something that we enjoy doing. Make it easier to do.
