Is There a Difference Between Case Studies and Ebooks?
Joel: We have no interest in ever like setting up and running your ad campaign. That is a completely different, it's not even tangential. It's a totally different service that we would need totally different people and processes around. And so when I look at avenues for expansion, I think one of the critical questions has always been how difficult would it be for us to roll this in? Sam: Most of the things we're creating are just iterations on the core.
