Gainsight asks fundamental questions that applied in your ear contacts r wha kind of, customers have more power in the future. Where does value and the value chain actually lie? Does my corp customer actually need what i'm solving for more or less going forward? That's right. For anybody listening, it's basically iniquate. And so you end up building this critical mass. The thing that motiates me about business is like being able to create a contract for human beingstoe actually be able to find joy and satisfaction in their lives as well as the customers.
