Each person is different, so you must be attuned to their psychology and what will make them follow your lead. You're working harder than everybody else. If therear sacrifices to be made, you're one making the sacrifices. And you're not a hypocrite. You practise what you preach. Most important of all, you have a vision for the group,. because thatis what the group wants and looks to towards a leader.
