I've always been astonished at this conversation we've had this conversation just like how often people don't think through that I just remember being like blown away because I never had any employees I had some contract help and I remember just being blown away by some of the numbers. Dan Goldie, he got to almost a billion dollars under management as a pure solo advisor like literally zero staff giant on the back end. He outsourced a bunch of stuff to a tab like sourced everything like everything else was everything except the value billion dollars under Management as a pure Solo Advisor. All he did was talk to clients all day long because that's what he liked doing he's really good at it.
