The neuro cycle is that process of recognizing how you're showing up, your coping mechanisms and then going back to all the steps. So it's looking at the impact and actually saying, oh, okay, it's making me very emotional. It's making me feel very uncomfortable. I'm pulling away and just going into my room and going into social media and so on. A lot of our mindfulness, CBT, programs make you become aware of those kinds of things but once you take the logical step of capturing these emotions, let them go.
