What Is Habit Stacking?
Habit stacking is essentially when you have like a like suite of habits. You may have one or two habits and then compounding those habits so you can get to your goal quicker. It's this whole idea of progression and using different habits and stacking them on top of each other in order to achieve your goal. So for example, if you did have like a fitness goal, you may start with the habit of walking seven case steps a day. Or if you wanted to increase your strength, then you'd add another habit, which is strength training three to four times.
