Doing 100 Pushups Is a Good Thing, Right?
If you can do one or two pushups and build your weight to 100, you're going to have some force increase too. But it's not going to be as much as if you're in 8 rep max and you go to 10 reps to failure. Any improvement is probably going to come in the early stage of that for an athlete.
