The Third Approach of Dialectics

There's always this middle path or a third option. The first step to figuring that out would be to identify what are the opposing forces inside you that are causing you to feel depressed. This third approach of dialectics gives us another set of skills to deal with that conflict. So for example, you might be feeling depressed because you have a value that's really important to you and you're not acting in line with that value. That's a conflict that you have that you're not able to- that you're kind of stuck.
