Is There Any Financial Incentives?
This does not imply that the whole incentive scheme can be scrapped and the managers would try just as hard as before. There are lots of theories that tell us why people might care about rank, even though it is not tied to financial incentives. We're looking here at a small margin the last two weeks. And that's very important building block of this result. But i guess like from this kind of, was at hom homo economics perspective, this really doesn't seem to to make any sense.
