How to Have a Calmer State of Mind

Take a walk and expand your field of view. When you're stressed, use your body to shift your mind. Don't try and control the mind with the mind. It's like trying to grab fog. Once you're in a calmer place,. you can start to reason through things. We should all be reflective. But now if you're taking your walking or checking your phone every two seconds to see who they are and what they're about, you're going down that tunnel. The aperture of your mental world is constricting.
