The Importance of Having a Healthy Therapist
I definitely think that there's this fallacy that any therapy helps I've really been to some harmful therapists from anything really like a benevolent harmful. A healthy therapist gives you tools and doesn't make you think that you have to live by going to them every week for the rest of your life oh yeah is a great space. Exercise has always been a really great resource for me in getting through anything in my 20s but it's not an end all be all.
