Using Multiple Lenses in Performance Management

Christian: Target setting is a core pillar of performance management, but it's sometimes rather you know art than science. What we actually see is that it works best if we you know use multiple lenses. We often see companies using trend analysis and then also looking at non-traditional competitors like hyperscalers or software players who spend a lot of money on developing good software. Christian: A combination of some of those helps in coming to what everybody will agree as an ambitious get realistic target.
