Eating rate is something I'm really excited about as well. The speed at which you eat your food can impact your metabolic responses to that food and can impact your energy intake. We also know from randomized control trials that if you ask people to slow down the rate that they're eating, they tend to lose more weight. And this is another mechanism why ultra-processed food might be unfavorable for us.
