The antibody test used by the stanford professors was unreliable, so unreliable that you could have just as easily concluded that zero people tested by stanford had actually had coven. Andrew gelman's a professor at columbia university and one of the country's leading statisticians. I said that they owe an apology, not just to us, but to stamford. Stamford has a world leading statistics department, and they could have easily got on the phone with these people. They also have some great epidemiologists at stamford too. Everyone makes mis-statistician mistakes. The authors of the study didn’t apologize, at least not the famous ones.
