The industry messaging or the go-to-market messaging comes when you have your second or third conversations. It's about sticking the right language so if you're going to be selling to just one narrow industry vertical then I think if you have a very strong brand and you have a good sales team with a reasonably strong pitch and messaging you don't need to worry about such GT messaging so much. If you are going into multiple different verticals and different geographies then it becomes very important for you to take that lead, he says.
