How to Train Your Knee to Workout

Power lifters often feel good by doing a 10 minute backward walk with resistance at a level they can do. Knees over toes like we were taught on the show before is really heavy weight, especially when you're squatting. For a power lifter, then to be handled, be able to handle those weights over time. So it's so perfect for power. I think because power thing, they're already understanding form and progressive overload and getting strong. And so they're already putting in so much work that we can fill some of these gaps,. You know what I mean?
