If you're somebody who does kind of exercise and want to quote exercise, move a lot intentionally, but you have drama or stress around that, like, look at those thoughts. Don't believe the lie that in order to benefit your health, it's like that the most important thing is sort of the pieces you put your body through regardless of how you're thinking about yourself. And even just like you said, we all buffer, like Sarah said,. We all buffer, but just being aware, right, not like shitting on ourselves if you eat cake and praising yourself if you go for a run.
