Is Your Model Wrong?
All models are wrong, but some are useful. We need to use them as tools of enlightenment, not oppression. The number one mistake i've seen founders make is holding people's feet to the fire on all those cells. I think it doesn't reflect an understanding of the fact that the model deviates from reality. So we need to use models as guiding abstractions.
