Brandon: The ability to close on an interview is so important and I've heard from so many managers and so many of my peers and my own interviews people just don't close even in sales role. Do you think that the people are just afraid to close because they don't want to come off as sounding salesy or do you think that people just genuinely don't like to ask the awkward question? "I was a little bit of both but it was more just me being me and I really wanted that job," he says.
