Get Back Into the Zone When You're Not in the Zone Anymore

When you're working on a task and you've kind of hit the edge of your struggle, you're recognizing you're not productive any more. That feeling of frustration is pretty high. So one of the ways that i try to peremptively teach clients to avoid that ke, deep struggle, is actually, before you take the brake, leave yourself a bread crumb or two. Give yourself a problem statement, and then leave. When you come back, it's called the mcgivver method. The beauty of that is that question has been incubating in your subconscious while you got your mind off of the thing. And you're actually far more likely to generate the solution
