I think it's like, priortise o sleep no matter what. And and then the second priority a the nutrition soup. In terms of fuelling, is there any sort of, i mean, i've seen you eat everything, and you seem to have a got that canit can take down anything. Do you have anything tat in terms of nutrition that you do special? Or not really. We're all different as athletes. Were different as people, emotionally, physiologically, nutritionly. So it's about finding out what works really well for you.
