Confidence is the byproduct of prior performance. Confidence becomes the basis of your imagination. Albert Einstein said imagination is more important than knowledge. When you're just in flow, you can completely perform at a high level. If you give yourself permission to need less, to turn off, to slow down, to get intentional, you start to get really clear with your thoughts. And after you've actually accomplished something meaningful, after you've connected with yourself, after you have gotten clear on your day, all of those things build in the same confidence.
