If the goal is to discover the truth, then the means is to begin being truthful. Or we can simply begin the small steps of offering compassion to this world and to ourselves. We don't know how far we can grow these different qualities but it's wonderful to know that I was honest. They're my best to be kind in this moment in a small way. The beauty of this is that hopefully each step, each little teeny little incremental step of the path is fulfilling in its own right. It's worth biling its own right."
