That did provide a huge opportunity for us to do the leasing rather than maybe some of the misalignment you have with hiring third parties on small properties that either aren't as incentivized to lease them because they're small commissions. If you're signing one year, two year, even three year leases, we're not talking about large sums of money where you're talking about is volume.
