The Ten Thousand Swing Challenge

steve started an attempt on the ten thousand swing challenge recently after a couple of years at catbel and limpiglipting home. First day, completed 500 swings with the 16, 24 and 32 cal k bells. Unfortunately, i woke up the next morning with a swollen and very painful big toe. Had been checked medically to rule out gout, especially and when i see the physio. But wondering if there's any technique wise that i could look out with the high volume swing program,. I really have a hard time now, cause correlation issue. You did the swings and your big toe hurt. This is new to me. Maybe i should have done this in the beginning,
