When i first started talking about conton strategy in two thousand eight two thousand nine, there was a lot of blowback from the technical riting community. And so it was almost like there was an under appreciation within the takcom community for user experience design. My hope is that with looking at them as resources for writing for u i and writing for u x, potentially that will help people better appreciate their value.
