How to Find Meaning in Your Employees
If you feel that sense of, okay, this is what I'm meant to be doing. That's when you get to the top of the pyramid here. The customers have got a slightly different pyramid. At the bottom of the customer pyramid is it meets expectations. You know, if you buy something, you want to know that it does what it says on the pack. Or if you're getting a service,you want to make sure that it does exactly what you want it to do. If you're a leader, that's what you want to be helping your employees move up this pyramid as well.
