The Longer the Workout the Better the Intensity

There's always going to be a little bit of a natural change intensity from the up hills to the downhills. So for a lot of people that maybe turns into a lot of hiking power hiking up hills. The locomotive specificity of what people go through during ultra-maribons is a big big component because they're like two different sports right walking and running or two completely different biomechanical phenomenons. If you don't train for that biomechanical specificity it's even if you have an awesome cardiovascular engine you don't have the biomechanics kind of back it upyou're at a really really disadvantaged.
