On the plant base side of things, i decided that wasn't exactly for me. I think that i need animal protein, and i function best when i do have it. And soi completely am and ultimately, you know, i had really a strong success on both diets. On carnivore, my l d l, was 72, down from two 21. H d was 80, down from 95. tri gliteries were 35, down from forty four. My recovery scores were really the best that they've ever been. Am, i caught cut out alcohol completely on both diets,.
