I don't think there's anything quite like exercise in drug form or any corollary that would mimic the short and long term effects that exercise gives you. And it just always tell people it's like the only thing you learned from lifting weights was how to grow muscle. You weren't listening for the life lessons that you were missing out on. The more time you spend under tension, you're able that bleeds into or you know, goes into other areas of your life.
