What I've Learned From Teacher Blame

Pupil progress meetings often become about accountability, and a very specific kind of numerical accountability. I've found in the past, certain pupil progress meetings came about the attempt to manipulate those statistics. It's not an interrogation as to what are yu're actually doing in that classroom. For me, it was just saying, my context is a one farmentary primary school. But it also helps me understand what the teachers are going through and how i can best support them on that kind of stra gi level.
