A lot of people are wondering like, okay, how long should I make eye contact? What I would sort of recommend is if you're in a social situation, you make eye contact for one second at a time and then you move on to something else. And the third thing that we're going to do is smile. The reason that smiling is important is when I smile at someone else, they smile at me. This is just natural, empathic mirroring, right?
