I would definitely start with the physical activity component. The resistance training component is really to help improve body composition, which then makes fat loss easier. But on the nutrition side of things, there's two or three things I like to help clients develop simultaneously on nutrition side things. One is having a regular meals. And if we look at the evidence, there's really good evidence that meal regularity seems to be an important variable for weight loss regulation.
