What Should I Eat for My Brain?

Low glycemic food is really helpful, and everybody eats blueberries. There are plenty of studies showing that people who consume just two grams of trans fat every day have twice the risk of cognitive loss and a neurodegenerative disease like Alzheimer's as compared to people who eat less than one gram a day. So that's what we should eat. Now what should we not eat? Cuffed food. Actually, whenever I'm asked, what should I eat for my brain? I usually say, well,  the point is that don't eat processed food. If you don’t eat processed food, then pretty much anything else will do in different amounts.
